Elizabeth talks openly about her journey to understanding that sometimes a woman is not able to solely breastfeed and the whys may not be entirely known.

In this episode of the ToRaise Questions Doula Podcast, we are going to talk about low milk supply. We're gonna hear from Elizabeth Theriault, a local of Richmond, VA, who is going to share her birthing journey and her experience with low milk supply. Throughout the episode, we’ll learn more about what she discovered and what she's done with that information. 

This is a really important topic because there's not enough awareness around the realness of low milk supply. Yes, it sometimes can be “fixed” by certain things you know encouragement being the first and foremost. But, sometimes it's out of that person's physical control to be able to increase their milk supply, and how and when that becomes obvious.
